摘要
目的探讨卡托普利对非酒精性脂肪肝(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的防治效果。方法选取2019年10月—2019年12月50只大鼠并分成5组,正常组用普通饲料喂养,其余4组均激发脂肪肝,模型组不用药干预,其他三组脂肪肝大鼠分别给予低、中、高剂量的卡托普利,给药6周后对各组大鼠的生化检验结果及病理检查结果进行观察。结果模型组在谷草转氨酶(glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、富含半胱氨酸蛋白2E1(cystein-rich proteins2E1,CYR2E1)mRNA上均较正常组升高,低、中、高剂量组较模型组指标降低,但高剂量组降低最显著。病理检查模型组可见肝细胞明显脂肪变性及炎症反应,不同剂量组变性及炎症反应均改善,但高剂量组改善明显。结论卡托普利对NAFLD有一定的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of captopril on Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods From October 2019 to December 2019,50 rats were divided into five groups.The normal group was fed with common feed,the other four groups were stimulated with fatty liver,the model group was not intervened with drugs,the other three groups were given low,medium and high doses of captopril,and the biochemical test results and pathological test results were observed six weeks later.Results Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST),Alanine transaminase(ALT),Triacylglycerol(TG),Total cholesterol(TC),cystein-rich proteins2E1(CYR2E1)mRNA levels in the model group were all higher than those in the normal group.The indexes of the low,medium and high dose groups were lower than those of the model group,but the decrease was most significant in the high dose group.In the pathological examination model group,liver cells showed obvious steatosis and inflammatory response.The degeneration and inflammatory response were all improved in the groups with different doses,but the improvement was obvious in the high-dose group.Conclusion Captopril can prevent NAFLD.
