摘要
以大数据技术为视角,针对目前“智慧北京”建设实践中存在的理论方法研究滞后于实践、大数据应用相关理论与技术尚待突破、数据壁垒等问题,从智慧北京应用目标谱系出发,提出了数据关联解决方案以及基于目标谱系的AI算法体系方法论,通过创新数据模型,解决全域大数据关键技术的应用问题,将在一定程度上促进智慧北京建设及相关高精尖产业的发展。
From the perspective of big data technology,aiming at the present problems in the practice of the construction of Smart Beijing,such as the lagging of theory research behind the practice,the ongoing breakthrough of big data applications related to theory and technology,the barriers of data,etc.,this paper analyzes the target spectrum from Smart Beijing application,puts forward solutions to data correlation,and presents the AI algorithm based on the target spectrum system methodology.Moreover,through the innovation of data model,the application of key technologies of all sets of big data is solved,and the construction of Smart Beijing and the development of related high-tech industry are promoted.
