摘要
本文分析了航天质量问题与标准缺失、用标不准、有标不依、贯标不严、标准内容不完善等标准化问题的关联性,结合目前质量问题处理现状,指出了质量问题处理中存在的标准分析、标准制定、标准培训等方面的标准化问题,研究提出了建立质量问题处理与标准化工作关联机制的思路和方法,为加强航天质量问题经验教训固化、降低重复性质量问题发生提供参考。
This paper analyzes the correlation between aerospace quality problems and standardization issues such as lack of standards, error use of standards, violation of standards, poor execution of standards, and incomplete content of standards. Combined with current status of quality problem solving, it points out the existing issues in quality problem solving, which contain standard analysis, development, training and so on. Finally, it puts forward ideas and methods to establish a association mechanism between quality problem solving and standardization, to provide a reference for strengthening the storage of aerospace quality problem experience and reducing the recurring quality problems.
