摘要
针对高强度大梁钢700L折弯过程中端部开裂的问题,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、光电直读光谱仪和万能试验机等设备对材料进行成分、力学性能、金相组织和夹杂物检测,分析造成开裂的主要原因并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明:剪切边毛刺大是造成端部开裂的主要原因,通过调节剪切工艺可以提高剪切边的质量,对剪切边差的材料可以通过铣边、修磨等手段避免剪切端部开裂。
Aiming at the problem of cracking at the end of high-strength beam steel during 700L bending.This paper uses optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer and universal testing machine to test the composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure and inclusion detection of materials,analyzes the main causes of cracking and proposes improvement measures.The results show that the poor quality of the cutting edge is the main cause of the end cracking.The quality of cutting edge can be improved by adjusting the cutting process.For the materials with different cutting edge,the phenomenon of end cracking can be avoided by means of milling and grinding。
