摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化背景下,未来一段时间全球经济将面临巨大挑战。由于农产品贸易在全球贸易体系中占比相对较小,加之食品消费刚性,因此受到的负面影响相对会较小。但是,仍将逐步渗透到国内农产品市场中,并对农产品市场带来不同程度的影响。这将对我国农业生产、居民生活以及农业支持政策与财政可持续性造成一定的冲击。对此,本文在具体分析疫情农产品市场影响的基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。
With the normalization of the prevention and control of the COVID-19,the global economy will face considerable challenges in the future.As agricultural trade accounts for a relatively small proportion of the global trading system and the necessity of food consumption,the negative impact will be relatively small.However,COVID-19 will gradually penetrate the domestic agricultural product market and bring different degrees of impact on the agricultural product market.This will have a specific effect on China’s agricultural production,residents’lives,agrarian support policies,and fiscal sustainability.In this regard,based on the particular analysis of the effects of the COVID-19,this article puts forward corresponding policy recommendations on the agricultural product market.
