摘要
焦化企业的终冷器主要作用是进一步降温除杂,使得进入洗苯塔的煤气温度合理干净,保证洗苯塔吸收阻力和洗油水分合适,稳定苯回收率,降低洗油消耗。终冷器的稳定运行关系到洗苯塔的稳定长周期运行。进行了不同情况下的喷洒液尝试,确定了合适的喷洒方式,实现了终冷器较长时间连续稳定运行。
The main function of the final cooler in coking enterprises is to further cool down and remove impurities,so that the gas temperature entering the benzene scrubber is reasonable and clean,to ensure that the absorption resistance of the benzene scrubber and the water content of the washing oil are appropriate,to stabilize the benzene recovery rate,and to reduce the consumption of washing oil.The stable operation of the final cooler is related to the long-term stable period of the benzene scrubber.The author has tried to spray liquid under different conditions,determined the appropriate spray mode,and realized the long-term continuous and stable operation of the final cooler.
