摘要
以三聚氰胺低压蒸汽为热源,水为制冷剂,溴化锂溶液为吸收剂,依靠在低压下冷剂水在蒸发器传热管上蒸发,吸取传热管内水的热量制取冷水.以此冷水为冷却介质冷却煤气,既有效利用了低压蒸汽的低位热能,又降低了煤气温度,增加了产量,降低了消耗,效果明显.
Using low-pressure melamine steam as heat source,water as refrigerant,and lithium bromide solution as absorbent,cold water is prepared by evaporating coolant water on evaporator heat transfer tube under low pressure and absorbing heat from water in the heat transfer tube.The cold water is used as a cooling medium to cool the gas,which not only makes effective use of low heat energy of the low-pressure steam,but also reduces the gas temperature,increases the output,reduces the energy consumption,and the effects is obvious.
