摘要
目的:分析正畸矫治器治疗鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征的可行性。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年4月谷城县人民医院收治的鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征患者140例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者采用施悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用正畸矫治器治疗,比较2组患者的最终治疗效果。结果:比较2组患者的治疗有效率、各项指数变化、患者的满意程度以及多导睡眠图记录,观察组患者均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:正畸矫治器治疗能够有效改善患者鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征,减轻患者出现睡眠障碍的情况,提高患者的睡眠质量,因此,值得广泛的应用与推广于现代临床医学当中。
Objective: To analyze the feasibility of orthodontic appliance in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods: A total of 140 patients with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the comparison group,with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,and the orthodontic appliances were used to treat the patients in the observation group. The final treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the two groups of patients,the treatment efficiency,index changes,patient satisfaction and polysomnography in observation group were better than the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: Orthodontic appliance treatment can effectively improve patients with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,reduce the occurrence of sleep disorders and improve the quality of sleep. Therefore,it is worthy of widespread application and promotion in modern clinical medicine.
