摘要
睡眠疾病发病率高,严重影响人民群众的健康和交通职业安全。目前我国医学教育体系对睡眠医学教学内容安排不足以满足人民群众治疗睡眠疾病的要求,因此有必要在医学本科生中开设睡眠医学选修课。为培养具有睡眠医学知识的医学人才,提高睡眠医学教学质量,空军军医大学开设了本科生睡眠医学选修课。文章介绍了睡眠医学选修课的教学设置、教学内容与方法、考核方法和教学评价,并总结分析教学中的病例互动教学、多媒体应用、睡眠监测技术教学、课程难度设置和问卷星在全过程管理中的应用经验,以期望推动睡眠医学本科教学的改革和发展。
Sleep-Arousal disorders are common and have bad effects on health and safety,while the sleep specialties are few in China.Lack of sleep medicine education cannot satisfy the need of patients with sleep-arousal disorders.To cultivate doctors with sleep medicine knowledge and improve the teaching status of sleep medicine,the Air Force Medical University set the Sleep Medicine as an elective course.The study introduced the teaching arrangement,teaching contents and methods,examination methods and teaching evaluation of sleep medicine,analyzed and summarized casebased education,media application,sleep technique,difficulty of teaching,and whole course manage by Wenjuanxing.The study would have benefits on the innovation and development of sleep medicine education in medical undergraduates.
