摘要
目的:分析深度电烧伤患者应用超声、太赫兹技术联合诊断方案对手术治疗及护理效果的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年9月本院收治的100例符合纳入标准的深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,进行随机分组,分为联合组、常规组两组,每组50例,分析超声、太赫兹技术联合诊断方案的临床价值。结果:联合组患者的术前诊断结果(深度烧伤、特重烧伤比例)的与术中所见相符率明显高于常规组,联合组患者术后2个月的皮下组织肿胀、焦痂、血管内膜水肿、节段性管腔增宽、节段性管腔狭窄的比例均明显低于常规组患者,联合组患者护理后的生活质量评分、组织修复情况均明显优于常规组,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:联合应用超声技术对深度电烧伤患者进行诊断,可提升患者的手术治疗效果以及护理效果,促进患者身体恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound and terahertz combined diagnosis scheme on surgical treatment and nursing of patients with deep electric burn.Methods From November 2019 to September 2020,100 patients with deep burn who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the combined group and the conventional group,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical value of the combined diagnosis scheme of ultrasound and terahertz technology was analyzed.Results The results of preoperative diagnosis(the proportion of deep burn and severe burn)in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group.The proportion of subcutaneous tissue swelling,eschar,endovascular edema,segmental lumen widening and segmental lumen stenosis in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group at 2 months after operation.The quality of life score after nursing in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group The results of tissue repair were significantly better than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep electric burn patients can improve the effect of surgical treatment and nursing,promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
