高频超声组织谐波技术及多普勒血流成像技术在四肢深度电烧伤诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高频超声组织谐波技术及多普勒血流成像技术在四肢深度电烧伤诊疗中的应用价值。方法2008年12月~2010年8月,对我科收治的15例四肢深度电烧伤患者手术前后使用超声组织谐波成像技术及多普勒血流成像技术进行全面检查,观察软组织损伤情况及范围,测量血流相关参数,判断血管损伤程度。结果共检测患肢28条,上肢19条,下肢9条。组织谐波技术所得到的声像图能准确显示软组织受损程度及范围,判断肌组织坏死情况。彩色多普勒及频谱多普勒技术能对血管受损情况做出准确判断,检测出7例血栓形成病例。术前超声检查结果与手术中所见一致。术后超声检查可以动态追踪软组织恢复情况并检测血管内血流动力学参数,据此评估疗效。结论高频超声组织谐波技术及多普勒血流成像技术应用于重度电烧伤患肢可在手术前后实时、形象、直观地显示组织、血管损伤的形态学及功能学变化,具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of high-frequency ultrasound tissue harmonic imaging and Doppler vascular imaging techniques in the treatment of severe electrical burns in limbs.Methods From Dec 2008 to Aug 2010,fifteen patients with severe electrical burns in limbs were admitted to our hospital.Ultrasound tissue harmonic imaging and Doppler vascular imaging techniques were applied in the thorough ultrasonogarphy examination of their limbs pre-and post-operatively,with the special attention to the extension and damage level of suffered soft tissue and vasculars.Results Altogether,twenty-eight limbs,nineteen upper extremities and nine lower extremities,were examined.Sonograms acquired by tissue harmonic imaging technique could precisely show the extension and damage level of suffered soft and muscular tissues.Doppler vascular imaging technique could helping identify the damage level of suffered vascular effectively.Seven cases of thrombosis were found.All these founding were consistent with the surgery results.These ultrasound techniques were also useful in the postoperative ultrasonography examinations.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound tissue harmonic imaging and Doppler vascular imaging techniques are useful tools in the examination of severe electrical burns patients with its real-time and vivid features.These techniques are valuable in clinical practice.
