摘要
采用Fenton法降解废弃聚乙烯醇(PVA)面料,以反应温度、初始pH、Fe2+/COD质量比和H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比为考察因素,得到最佳降解条件。结果表明,Fenton法的最佳降解条件为:反应温度60℃,pH=4,Fe2+/COD质量比0.3,H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比11。此时,降解质量浓度为50g/L的PVA面料废水,降解率超过90%,降解后黏均分子量下降了99.63%,COD去除率为61.57%,BOD/COD为0.46,吨水处理的经济成本为13069.71元。
In this study,Fenton method was used to degrade polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fabric.The reaction temperature,initial pH,Fe2+/COD mass ratio and H2O2/Fe2+ molar ratio were taken as factors to obtain the optimal degradation conditions.Results showed that the best degradation conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 60℃,pH=4,Fe2+/COD mass ratio 0.3,and H2O2/Fe2+ molar ratio 11.Under these conditions,the degradation rate of PVA fabric wastewater with a mass concentration of 50 g/L exceeded 90%,the viscosity average molecular weight decreased by 99.63%,COD removal rate was 61.57%,BOD/COD was 0.46,and the economic cost of wastewater treatmeat was 13 069.71 yuan per ton.
