Preparation of Nanometer Mn_2O_3 by Liquid Phase Method

摘要 以MnCl2·2H2O和(NH4)2CO3为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备了前驱物,并对前驱物在不同温度下进行了热处理.经处理后的产物分别作了XRD和TEM表征,结果表明,制备纳米粉体Mn2O3的适合温度范围为600℃~80O℃,80O℃下热处理的产物粒度分布均匀,平均粒径为90nm左右. A predecessor was prepared by using method of depositing in liquid system, and the predecessor was heated at different tcmperatures. Then the products from the heating treatmecnts were made XRD, TEM characterizations, and the results showed that the right temperature range of preparing Mn2O3 nanometer granules was 600-800℃ . The product from the heating treatment at 800℃ had almost even diameter granules and the average diameters were about 90nm.
