摘要
2019年12月以来,武汉新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情引发了全国乃至全世界的高度关注。笔者结合实例,对征用定点救治医疗机构如何做好承接,确保多元资源整合效率和效果,尽早形成医疗战斗力进行了经验总结,为应急状态下的多专业医师力量高效整合、多团队医师力量高效整合进行了有益探索。
The COVID-19 epidemic in Wuhan,which began in December 2019,continued to erupt during the Chinese New Year and caused the "closed city",which aroused continuous attention at home and abroad.The Central Leading Group for the Response to New Coronary Pneumonia was announced and set up a working group in Wuhan.Quickly stationed in Wuhan for direct integration with local medical forces.This article combined with examples,summarized the experience of how local medical institutions do well to ensure integration efficiency and effectiveness,and form the national team’s combat effectiveness as soon as possible.In order to efficiently integrate the strengths of multi-specialty physicians in emergency situations,the efficient integration of the strengths of multi-team physicians has been beneficially explored.
