摘要
目的:通过调研不同省市肿瘤专科医院对国家谈判抗癌靶向药院内管理方法与流程等情况,了解谈判药在医疗机构落地执行情况,为肿瘤专科医院实现靶向药精细化管理提供科学决策依据。方法:依据调研表对全国29所肿瘤专科医院靶向药院内管理方法与流程进行调研,数据录入Excel 2010后进行汇总分析。结果:靶向药纳入医保支付后使用量及使用人次有明显增长;不同医院取药方式及相关检查支付情况、取药天数限制情况、院内管理措施、合理用药监管措施不同。结论:针对国家谈判抗癌靶向药在医疗机构落地执行后,医院应加强精细化管理,采取具体的措施保证患者合理用药需求并加强对药品使用的监管,如加大政策培训、拓宽取药渠道、延长取药天数、依托信息化加强费用监管等。
Objective:To understand the implementation of national negotiation target drugs in medical institutions by investigating the management methods and processes of anti-cancer targeted drug hospitals in different provinces and municipal cancer hospitals,and provide scientific decision-making for cancer tumor hospitals to achieve refined management of targeted drugs in accordance with.Methods:According to the survey form,the management methods and procedures of the targeted pharmacy in 29 oncology hospitals nationwide were investigated,and the data was entered into Excel 2010 for summary analysis.Consultation:After the targeted drugs are included in the medical insurance payment,the usage and number of users have increased significantly.Different hospitals have different ways of taking medicines and related inspection and payment,restrictions on the number of days to take medicines,in-hospital management measures,and reasonable medication supervision measures.Conclusion:After the national anti-cancer targeted drugs are implemented in medical institutions,the hospital should strengthen refined management,take specific measures to ensure patients’reasonable drug demand and strengthen the supervision of drug use,such as increasing policy training and broadening drug access Channels,extending the number of days for taking medicines,and strengthening cost supervision based on informatization.
