摘要
排卵障碍是导致女性不孕的主要原因之一,除引起不孕外,还会引起一系列代谢紊乱性疾病,故需对该病进行积极的治疗。现代医学治疗方法主要为个性化促排卵治疗,但存在卵巢过度刺激征(OHSS)、多胎及长期用药后对卵巢功能的影响等副作用。中医药在治疗该病方面有着独特的优势。本研究分析、归纳和总结了中医药治疗本病的不同方法和不同疗效,为今后进一步研究排卵功能障碍性不孕的中医药治疗提供依据。
Ovulation disorder is one of the main causes of female infertility.In addition to infertility,it can also lead to a series of metabolic disorders.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct aggressive treatment for such disease.Modern medical treatment primarily adopts personalized ovulation-promoting therapy,but side effects such as ovarian hyperstimulation sign(OHSS),polyembryony,and side reactions of long-term medication on ovarian are presented.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating ovulatory infertility.This paper analyzes,concludes,and summarizes the different methods and different curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,aiming to provide a basis for further research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.
