摘要
论文以疫情影响下的企业财务风险管理为重点,首先分析企业财务风险管理,其次介绍疫情影响下企业财务风险管理面临的挑战,最后从更新管理思想、树立正确的风险观念、强调资本结构、控制债务比例增加、加大财务运营管理、内化财务风险控制、创设风险预警制度、提升财务管理水平几个方面深入说明企业财务风险管理的有效策略。
This paper focuses on the financial risk management of enterprises under the influence of epidemic situation,firstly analyzes the financial risk management of enterprises,then introduces the challenges faced by enterprise financial risk management under the influence of epidemic situation.Finally,this paper deeply explains the effective strategies of enterprise financial risk management from aspects such as updating management ideas,establishing correct risk concepts,emphasizing capital structure,controlling the increase of debt ratio,increasing financial operation management,internalizing financial risk control,establishing risk early warning system and improving financial management level.
