如今人们生活水平日益提高,对运动这方面也是逐渐增强了自身意识,高校体育类项目也在逐渐强化,健美操现在也广受大众人群的喜爱,华丽的舞姿加上优美动听的音乐,受到广泛追捧,大学生也是受众人群之一。健美操虽然在不断发展中,但是在管理和对策上面还有部分缺失问题,所以想要完善健美操,就需要借鉴体育项目发展成功的体育案例经验,吸取他们成功之处,拓展属于健美操自己的发展之路,为发展健美操运动在未来时期能有好的效果。
