摘要
目的分析某院儿童中成药使用情况,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法调取某院2017年1月~2018年12月儿科中成药处方,每月随机抽取100张,共计2 400张,分析其使用的合理性。结果共有103张(4.29%)处方存在不合理用药情况,其中不规范处方35张(33.98%),用药不适宜处方71张(68.93%),超长处方7张(6.80%)。结论某院儿科中成药使用基本合理,但还是存在一些的问题。今后应加强儿科医师中医药方面知识培训,更合理使用中成药。
Objective To analyze the use of Chinese patent medicine in children in our hospital, and to provide a reference for clinical rational use. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 prescriptions of pediatric Chinese patent medicine were randomly selected every month, a total of 2 400 prescriptions, to analyze the rationality of their use. Results A total of 103 prescriptions(4.29%) had unreasonable drug use, including 35 nonstandard prescriptions(33.98%), 71 inappropriate prescriptions(68.93%), and 7 extremely long prescriptions(6.80%). Conclusion The use of Chinese patent medicine in pediatrics in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still some problems. In the future, knowledge training on traditional Chinese medicine for pediatricians should be strengthened so as to make more rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines.
