摘要
城市轨道交通列车平稳性无线监测系统可对列车的平稳性和舒适性进行实时监测,为便携式列车平稳性测试设备。该系统将信号采集、分析和传输模块进行一体化设计,减小了采集系统的整体尺寸;采用无线通信技术消除了传统测试过程中的布线走线流程,简化了现场安装步骤。介绍了该系统的设计方案和工作流程。在实车测试验证中,对该系统与既有有线设备测得的列车平稳性指标进行对比分析。结果表明:列车平稳性无线监测系统的测试设备,工作稳定可靠,安装方便快捷,能够准确测量并显示列车的平稳性。
The wireless monitoring system for urban rail transit train stability is a transportable compact train stability testing equipment,it can monitor the train stability and comfort in real time.The signal acquisition,analysis and transmission modules of which are designed with integrated structure,in order to reduce the overall volume of the system.Wireless communication technology is adopted to avoid the intricate cable arrangement during conventional measurement process,and simplify the installation procedure on site.In this paper,the design scheme and work flow of the system are introduced.In the real vehicle test and verification,the train stability indexes measured by the designed system and the existing wired equipment are compared and analyzed.The results show that the test equipment of the train stability wireless monitoring system is steady and reliable with convenient installation,accurate measurement and good exhibition of train stability.
