CV800二合一驱动器在新能源汽车空调上的应用研究

摘要 纯电动汽车空调既需要为压缩机提供动力,也需要给蒸发风机和冷凝风机提供动力。传统的设计是独立的变频器和DCDC模块,不但占用空调空间而且布线走线麻烦。为解决这一问题,汇川专门研发了一款内置变频器和DCDC的二合一驱动器CV800。CV800二合一大巴空调驱动器包含一个变频器和一个双路可调压的DCDC电源,可以实现有刷风机和无刷风机的控制,特别适合在电动汽车空调上应用。 Pure electric vehicle air conditioning needs to provide power not only for compressor,but also for evaporation fan and condensation fan.The traditional design is independent frequency converter and DCDC module,which not only takes up air conditioning space but also leads to wiring trouble.In order to solve this problem,Huichuan specially developed a two-in-one driver CV800 with built-in frequency converter and DCDC.CV800 two-in-one bus air conditioner driver consists of a frequency converter and a two-way adjustable voltage DCDC power supply,which can realize the control of the brush fan and the non brush fan,especially suitable for the application in the electric vehicle air conditioner.
