摘要
目的认识肿瘤样钙质沉着症(tumoral calcinosis,TC)影像学表现,提高影像诊断正确率。方法回顾分析43例(文献40例,本组3例)TC患者的影像学表现。结果 X线、CT、MRI表现为软组织内团块影,其内由纤细的线样间隔将其分割为大小不等的结节,结节相互融合、重叠,肾形、菜花或桑葚状。活动期,病变内可见钙-液平面,常在CT、MRI图像上易见,本组1例右肩部平片显示结节内钙-液平面。结论 TC影像学表现有一定特征性,对诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To recognize the imaging manifestations of tumor like calcinosis(TC)and improve the accuracy of image diagnosis. Methods The imaging features of 43 patients(40 cases in literature,3 cases in this group) with tumor like calcinosis were analyzed. Results X-ray,CT and MRI appeared as groups of high-density substance in soft tissue,inhomogeneous density. The boundary was clear,and the masses were divided into nodules of different sizes by slender linear intervals,meromixis and owerlap,like "kidney"or"cauliflower"or"mulberry". Period of activity,the calcium-fluid level appeared in the lesions. This sign was often seen on CT or MRI images. X ray showed the calcium-fluid in the tubercles of one patient′s right shoulder in our group. Conclusion The imaging manifestations of tumor like calcinosis have certain characteristics,which is of great value for diagnosis.
