摘要
主要论述物流仓储中用3D视觉做引导的机器人拆垛应用,在系统中通过PLC接收上位系统的拆垛任务指令将其解码并传递给机器人,再由3D视觉识别货物三维尺寸及位置坐标,然后引导机器人完成拆垛任务,之后由PLC给上位系统反馈任务执行状态。
This paper mainly describes the application of robot destacking guided by 3D vision in the logistics storage.In the system,PLC receives the order of destacking task from the upper system and decodes it and transmits it to the robot.Then 3D vision recognizes the three-dimensional dimension and position coordinates of goods,guides the robot to complete the destacking task,and then PLC feeds back the task execution status to the upper system.
