摘要
3D机器视觉在工业自动化领域应用越来越广泛。文章主要研究3D机器视觉在智能机器人拆垛中的应用,分析了3D机器视觉在机器人拆垛应用中需解决的三个问题,即3D信息获取、目标识别与定位,以及路径规划,对3D视觉技术和算法处理方案进行了概要介绍,最后给出一个TOF深度相机引导机器人拆垛的实际应用案例。
Three dimensional machine vision is more and more widely applied in industrial automation area in recent years.In this paper,the applications of three dimensional machine vision have been studied in robot unstacking work.It summarizes three problems need to be solved by three dimensional machine vision:three dimensional information acquisition,target recognition and pose estimation,and path planning.Three dimensional vision technology and algorithm processing scheme also have been offered a brief introduction.Finally,a practical case in robot unstacking work based TOF camera guidance is given.
