摘要
基于Alkire-Foster双重临界值法,通过6个维度对平原县12个贫困村调查的数据进行测度分析,并探究其农户使用互联网的影响因素,发现互联网已成为长期多维贫困的主要因素,互联网使用受教育、年龄、性别、婚姻及家庭规模等因素的制约。基于此,提出在今后全面脱贫战略实施中,除增加财政支持、强化教育与医疗的帮扶外,还应重视互联网使用,不断推进“互联网+精准扶贫”,促进多元扶贫主体的合作,激发贫困农户的内在动力,提升多维贫困创新治理效率等策略。
Based on the survey data of 12 poverty-stricken villages in Pingyuan county,this paper adopts the Alkire-Foster double critical value method to measure the poverty status of the county from six dimensions and explore the influencing factors of Internet use.The study has found that the Internet has become a long-term main contributor to multidimensional poverty,and the use of the Internet is mainly determined by factors such as age,gender,marital status,family size,and education level.Therefore,in implementing the comprehensive poverty alleviation strategy in the future,we should not only increase financial support,but also strengthen the support of education and medical care.We should also pay attention to the application of the Internet,continuously promote the approach of"Internet+precision+poverty alleviation",and strengthen the cooperation of multiple poverty alleviation subjects,so as to inspire the intrinsic motivation of the poor communities and enhance the efficiency of multidimensional poverty and innovation governance.
