摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年4月至2019年5月急性心肌梗死合并心律失常行介入治疗的患者70例设为观察组,2015年4月至2017年1月急性心肌梗死合并心律失常介入治疗的患者70例设为对照组,对照组实施围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理干预。比较两组患者抢救成功率、干预后心功能指标状况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心室颤动、心律失常、穿刺部位失血等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于介入治疗的急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者中,可有效提高抢救成功率,改善心功能指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing management in the interventional treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Methods To set 70 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 as an observation group,and 70 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia interventional therapy from April 2015 to January 2017 as a control group.The control group implemented routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group implemented high-quality nursing intervention based on the control group to compare the success rate of rescue,the status of cardiac functional indicators after intervention and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The success rate of rescue of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The cardiac functional indicators after intervention of the observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as ventricular fibrillation,arrhythmia,and blood loss at the puncture site in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in interventional therapy of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia can effectively improve the success rate of rescue and improve cardiac functional indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications.
