谷冷过程中早籼稻湿度平衡及通风均匀性研究 被引量:1

摘要 谷冷过程中,进出仓的绝对湿度差Δρ可能同入仓气流温度T入及进出仓气流温度差ΔT分别存在一定的函数关系,即Δρ=f(T入)、Δρ=f(ΔT)可能成立,如果成立,本文给出其经验公式,来估算谷冷过程中水分的损失情况.谷冷降温通风期间,粮堆总体是失水的,环流谷冷较常规谷冷失水多,用电少,但失水带来的经济损失高于节省的电费. In the process of the grain cooling,the absolute humidity difference Δρ between in and out of the granary may have a respectively certain functional relationship with the air temperature Tin when it came into the granary and the air temperature difference Δt between in and out of the granary。Namely:Δρ=f(Tin)&Δρ=f(ΔT) may be workable.And if it works,the empirical formula which is used to estimate the moisture loss during grain cooling is given in this paper.In generally,the grain will lose water during grain cooling period.The circulating grain cool-ing makes more water loss but less power consumption than the conventional grain cooling.The economic loss caused by water loss is higher than that of power saving.
