摘要
在多年的基础理论研究和实践深入下,中国储粮通风技术已迈入低成本、集成化、信息化的时代。在储粮“四合一”技术的基础上,智能空调控温系统和横纵风道实验有效改善了横向通风控温不均的缺陷,制氮与谷冷系统的集成更趋于完善;储粮环保通风机实验稻谷、玉米和大豆保水效果良好,横向与竖向通风的对比实验显示前者水分出库损失更小;利用模型预测温度场以及模型优化能够更精确地确定通风时机。文章阐述了国内横向、保水和智能通风的研究现状,对其实验方法和不足进行了总结,并对未来国内储粮通风技术的发展方向进行展望,旨在指导储粮工作者探索适合各地储粮实际的新渠道。
On the basis of many years of theoretical research and practice,China's grain storage ventilation technology has entered the low cost,integration and information times.On the basis of"four-in-one"technology of grain storage,with the help of intelligent air temperature control system and transverse and longitudinal air duct experiment,the defects of uneven temperature control for transverse pass risk are effectively improved,and the integration of nitrogen production and valley cooling system is more perfect.The water retention effect of rice,corn and soybean is good in the experiment of environmental protection fans for grain storage.The comparison experiment of horizontal and vertical ventilation showed that the water loss of rice,corn and soybean is smaller.Using the model to predict the temperature field and optimize the model can determine the ventilation timing more accurately.In this paper,the research status of horizontal,water conservation and intelligent ventilation in China was described,the experimental methods and shortcomings were summarized,and the future development direction of domestic grain storage ventilation technology was prospected,in order to guide grain storage workers to explore new channels suitable for local grain storage practice.
