摘要
目的:观察复元通络汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子及血液流变雪之表的影响。方法:分别将符合本课题纳入标准的72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用复元通络汤,用药2周后进行评价疗效,观察比较两组患者治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、NIHSS量表评分及血清细胞炎症因子单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和血液流变学指标变化,同时进行不良反应观察。结果:观察组总有效率为86.1%,对照组总有效率为69.4%,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NIHSS评分明显降低(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分明显升高(P<0.05),血清炎性因子MCP-1、hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05),血液流变学指标全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度和红细胞聚集指数明显降低(P<0.05);观察组上述指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:复元通络汤促进患者的生活能力恢复,降低中枢神经受损的影响,减轻炎症反应,改善血液流变学指标。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of cerebral infarction in acute phase with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients treated with Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction,its influences on serum inflammatory cytokines and hemorheology indexes.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was treated by conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction on the basis of control group both group were treated for two weeks.The changes of Fugl-Meyer motor function score,NIHSS scale score,serum cytokines and and hemorheology indexes were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.1%,and that of the control group was 69.4%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in each group before and after treatmentin Fugl-Meyer motor function score,NIHSS scale score,serum cytokines(MCP-1、hs-CRP、IL-6)and hemorheology indexes(P<0.05),there was statistical significances between the two groups(P<0.05),the effects of the observation group were more significant than those of control group.Conclusion:Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine can reduce the degree of neurological deficit,and enhance the Fugl-Meyer motor score,lighten inflammation,improve hemorheology.
