摘要 针对5A06铝合金进行了万瓦级激光-MIG电弧复合焊接工艺试验,分析了激光功率、离焦量、焊接速度、光丝间距对焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,万瓦级激光-电弧复合焊的焊接窗口窄、焊接过程不稳定,焊缝易出现驼峰、凹陷、咬边等缺陷。激光功率、离焦量和焊接速度对焊缝熔深影响较大,激光功率由10 kW增加至30 kW,焊缝熔深增加18 mm,达到29 mm。光丝间距对焊缝熔深熔宽影响较小。通过调节工艺参数,可明显改善铝合金万瓦级激光-MIG电弧复合焊的焊缝成形,适当的工艺参数下,可在达到最大熔深的同时获得具有稳定表面成形的焊缝。 The welding process of 5A06 aluminum alloy was tested by laser-MIG hybrid welding.Effects of laser power,defocusing amount,welding speed and optical wire spacing on weld formation were analyzed.The results showed that the welding window was narrow,the welding process was unstable,and the forming defects such as hump,depression and undercut were easy to appear in the weld.The laser power,defocusing amount and welding speed had great influence on the weld penetration.When the laser power increased from 10 kW to 30 kW,the weld penetration increased by 18 mm to 29 mm.The influence of laser-arc spacing on penetration and width of weld was small.By adjusting welding parameters,the weld formation of aluminum alloy could be improved obviously.Under the appropriate welding parameters,the weld with stable surface formation could be obtained at the same time of reaching the maximum penetration.
