摘要
以0Cr13Ni5Mo钢作为母材,研究激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量等激光焊工艺参数对焊缝成形与组织的影响。研究结果表明,当其中2个焊接工艺参数恒定时,熔深、熔宽和深宽比均随着激光功率的增大而明显增大,焊缝的熔深、熔宽和深宽比分别增加了约8倍、2倍、2倍;焊缝的熔深和熔宽随着焊接速度的增大而降低;熔深和深宽比均随着离焦量的适当降低而增加。随着激光功率的增大,焊缝的板条马氏体变得粗大。
Taking 0Cr13Ni5Mo steel as parent metal,effects of laser welding parameters such as laser power,welding speed and defocus amount on formation and microstructure of weld were studied.The results showed that when two welding parameters were constant,penetration,weld width and depth-to-width ratio increased significantly with the increase of laser power.Penetration,weld width and depth-to-width ratio of weld increased by about 8 times,2 times and 2 times,respectively.Penetration and weld width of weld both decreased with the increase of welding speed.Penetration and depth-to-width ratio of weld increased with the decrease of defocusing amount.With increasing laser power,lath martensite of weld became coarsened.
