摘要
为实现落叶再利用,筛选出有除草潜力且对土壤酶活性无抑制作用的绿化树种,开发经济环保的植物源除草剂,本研究通过室内盆栽试验研究10种绿化树落叶浸提液对狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)、黑麦草(Lolium perenne)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)、红三叶(Trifolium pratense)和麦仙翁(Agrostemma githago)5种草本植物的化感效应。结果表明:火炬树(Rhus typhina)落叶浸提液可抑制狼尾草、红三叶和麦仙翁(综合主成分值F为-0.81,-0.86,-0.87);青桐(Firmiana platanifolia)落叶浸提液可抑制紫花苜蓿、红三叶和麦仙翁(F为-1.17,-1.31,-1.69);栾树(Koelreteria interifolia)落叶浸提液可抑制紫花苜蓿、红三叶和麦仙翁(F为-0.48,-0.22,-0.22),且对土壤酶活性无综合抑制效应。因此,火炬树、青桐和栾树落叶浸提液可抑制3种以上化感受体且对土壤酶活性无综合抑制作用,有开发除草剂的潜力。
In order to reuse the fallen leaves of greening trees,and screen the types of greening trees that can kill weeds without affecting soil enzyme activity.Ultimately,use them to develop economically and environmentally friendly plant source herbicides.We studied the allelopathy effect of 10 kinds of greening tree deciduous extracts on Pennisetum alopecuroides,Lolium perenne,Medicago sativa,Trifolium pratense and Agrostemma githago by indoor pot experiment.Results showed that Rhus typhina had inhibitory effect on Pennisetum alopecuroides,Trifolium pratense and Agrostemma githago(composite principal component values F was-0.81,-0.86 and-0.87).Firmiana platanifolia had inhibitory effect on Medicago sativa,Trifolium pratense and Agrostemma githago(F was-1.17,-1.31 and-1.69).Koelreteria interifolia had inhibitory effects on Medicago sativa,Trifolium pratense and Agrostemma githago(F was-0.48,-0.22 and-0.22),and they had no comprehensive inhibitory effect on soil enzyme activity.To sum up,the leaves of Rhus typhina,Firmiana platanifolia and Koelreteria interifolia could inhibit at least 3 kinds of herbs and they had no comprehensive inhibitory effect on soil enzyme activity.So they had the potential to develop into herbicides.
