摘要
在我国加强生态文明建设、推进农业供给侧结构性改革以及构建“山水林田湖草”生命共同体的大背景下,饲草产业作为一个充满活力、前景广阔的产业,是国家粮食安全和草食畜产品有效供给的重要保障。本文系统梳理了我国饲草产业的发展历程,产业内涵、基础和进展情况,分析了饲草产业发展的主要矛盾和若干关系,提出了推动饲草产业高质量发展的对策措施和意见建议。
Under the background of enhancing ecological civilization construction,promoting the agricultural supply-side structure reform and building a community of life with mountain,river,forest,farmland,lake and grassland,forage industry is promising and full of vitality.It is also an important safeguard for food security and effective supply of grass-based livestock products.In this paper,the development history,definition,basis and evolvement of forage industry were reviewed systematically,and the principal contradiction and relationship in the industry development were analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of forage industry were proposed.
