摘要
酶制剂对于婴幼儿洗涤剂所针对的蛋白、淀粉等特定污垢的清洗和去除具有独特的优势,文章重点综述了在婴幼儿洗涤剂中表面活性剂、使用温度等因素对酶制剂活性的影响,并挖掘专利信息,总结了目前洗涤剂配方中稳定酶制剂的方法。
Enzyme preparation has unique advantages in cleaning and removing specific dirt such as protein and starch,which are targeted by infant detergent.This paper mainly summarizes the effects of surfactant,temperature and other factors on enzyme preparation activity in infant detergent,and summarizes the stabilization methods of enzyme preparation in current detergent formulations.
