摘要
研究了由Mp-Ⅲ、Ca2+、亚硫酸氢钠及琥珀酸等四种物质配制的复合稳定剂对结构型液体洗涤剂中酶活性的保持作用。并在实验范围内得到了最适宜的条件。在结构液体洗涤剂中加入:NaHSO30.5%,琥珀1.0%,Ca2+0.1%,Mp-Ⅲ2.0%时,脂肪酶活保持在89.66%以上。
s: In this article, we studied the compound stabilizing agent which consists of Mp-Ⅲ, Ca2+, NaHSO3, sodium acid sulfite, and its maintain the enzyme activity in the structural liquid detergent. The optimum conditions are obtained by experiments as following:NaHSO3 0.5%, Amber acid 1.0%, Ca2+ 0.1%, Mp-Ⅲ 2.0%, the lipase activity is kept more than 89.99%.
