摘要
目的探究临床药学干预被运用于抗菌药物的合理使用当中的效果。方法选取我院收治的住院患者,例数合计为100例,选取的范围时间为2017年6月至2018年6月,同时将100例住院患者依据是否接受药学干预的方式进行分组,50例为一组。对照组采用常规的抗菌药物进行治疗、观察组再联合使用临床药学干预,对比两组患者在实行干预后对于抗菌药物在临床当中的使用状况。结果观察组中选药出现不当的百分率为2.00%,无适应证采取用药所占的百分率为0.00%,药品在治疗期间出现频繁的更换所占百分率为2.00%,用药当中出现用药的方式与量的不当所占的百分率为0.00%,出现不合理的联合用药的百分率为0.00%;对照组中选药出现不当的百分率为4.00%,无适应证采取用药所占的百分率为2.00%,药品在治疗期间出现频繁的更换所占百分率为2.00%,用药当中出现用药的方式与量的不当所占的百分率为4.00%,出现不合理的联合用药的百分率为6.00%。观察组患者各项不合理用药率的数据均要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施干预措施于住院患者当中,患者在合理的使用药物方面得到改善,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmaceutical intervention in the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods A total of 100 inpatients were selected from our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.At the same time,100 inpatients were divided into 50 groups according to whether they received pharmaceutical intervention or not.The control group was treated with conventional antimicrobial agents,and the observation group was combined with clinical pharmaceutical intervention.The clinical use of antimicrobial agents in the two groups was compared after the intervention.Results Observation group choose medicine appear inappropriate percentage is 2.00%,there is no indication of drugs was 0.00%,the percentage of drugs in the treatment of appeared frequently during the period of replacement percentage accounted for 0.00%,the preparation of appear improper way and quantity of the percentage is 2.00%,appear unreasonable combination of the percentage is 0.00%;The percentage of improper drug selection in the control group was 4.00%,the percentage of drug use without indications was 2.00%,the percentage of frequent drug change during treatment was 2.00%,the percentage of improper drug use in the way and amount was 4.00%,and the percentage of unreasonable combined drug use was 6.00%.The data of unreasonable drug use rate of the observation group were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the inpatients,the reasonable use of drugs can be improved.
