摘要
专业特色人才培养是应用型人才培养的关键。应用型本科院校市场营销专业特色人才培养应遵循以“应用型”人才培养为出发点和体现营销专业特色的基本原则,通过明确专业特色、专业特色细化、专业特色实施、专业特色评价及完善四个方面构建市场营销专业特色人才培养模式,依托人才培养定位、课程体系建设和教学方法改革三个方面保障市场营销专业特色人才培养模式的有效实施。
Professional talents training is the key to the application of talent training.Cultivation of characteristic talents for marketing in application-oriented undergraduate colleges should follow the basic principles of"applied"talent cultivation and embody the characteristics of marketing majors.By clarifying professional characteristics,refinement of professional characteristics,implementation of professional characteristics,evaluation and improvement of professional characteristics four aspects to build a special talent training model for marketing,and relying on three aspects of talent training positioning,curriculum system construction and teaching method reform to ensure the effective implementation of special marketing talents training model.
