摘要
市政工程的造价控制与管理贯穿于整个项目建设周期。为了实现市政工程造价的有效控制,论文阐述了我国公路市政工程造价管理的基本特点,分析了市政工程造价管理的常见问题,并针对相应的问题,从提高造价管理人员的综合能力、深化设计文件、推行工程造价的价值管理等方面提出了相应的解决方法。研究成果可以为类似的市政工程造价控制与管理提供一定的理论依据。
The cost control and management of municipal engineering run through the whole project construction cycle. In order to realize the effective control of municipal engineering cost, this paper expounds the basic characteristics of the cost management of highway municipal engineering in China, analyzes the common problems of the cost management of municipal engineering, and puts forward the corresponding solutions from the aspects of improving the comprehensive ability of the cost management personnel, deepening the design documents, and promoting the value management of the project cost. The research results can provide theoretical basis for similar municipal engineering cost control and management.
