爱伦教师教育改革策略对我国职前教师教育的启示

摘要 美国当代著名教育家改革家、“微格教学”的创始人爱伦一生致力于教师教育改革与创新。本文介绍了爱伦对教师教育现有问题的分析及改革策略,其中包括:推动学硕一体的教师教育培养模式;整合学科院系与教育学院的资源,进行实质性协作,实现合作共赢;建立职前教师临床式实践体系。在此基础上,探讨了我国目前教师教育改革的途径:准确定位人才培养目标;推动“开放型”教师教育模式;延长职前教师教育学制。希望对促进我国教师专业化发展有所裨益。 American outstanding education reformer,the developer of the world-known teacher training model“Microteaching”–Allen devoted all his life in teacher education reform and innovations.This article briefly introduces Allen s comments on the current problems facing teacher education,and his ideas and strategies tackling the problems,which includes:promoting a six-year“Bachelor-Master Combination”teacher education model,strengthening the collaboration between colleges of education and colleges of academic fields,and establishing clinical training mechanism for teacher candidates.On the bases of the analyses,the implications on Chinese teacher education reform are discusses,which involves setting up clear and appropriate teacher education orientation and goals,adopting open teacher education models,and extending pre-service teacher education duration.Hope they are of some help to accelerate teacher professional development in China.
