摘要
目的:为疫情防控期间的医院信息化建设、应用和管理提供借鉴和思考。方法:列举北京友谊医院在疫情防控期间开展的信息化建设工作内容和执行的部门内部管理措施,引发对于特殊时期医院信息化建设与管理的探讨。结果:疫情防控期间北京友谊医院的信息化运行有条不紊,各方面需求得到满足,移动化应用对医院工作提供了极大助力,数据统计支持防疫决策。结论:特殊时期医院信息化的稳定、高效运行,不仅依赖于日常的科室建设,也依赖于员工专业素质的培养,更依赖于信息系统架构的可拓展和便捷化办公应用系统的充分利用。
Objective:To provide reference and thinking for hospital information construction,application and management during epidemic prevention and control.Methods:The contents of the informatization construction work carried out by Beijing Friendship Hospital during the epidemic prevention and control period and the department's internal management measures were exemplified,which triggered a discussion on the construction and management of hospital informatization in a special period.Results:During the epidemic prevention and control period,the Beijing Friendship Hospital's informatization operation was orderly,all aspects of needs were met,and mobile applications provided great help to the hospital's work,data statistics supported epidemic prevention decisions.Conclusion:The stable and efficient operation of hospital informatization in special periods depends not only on the daily department construction,but also on the training of the professional quality of employees,but also on the expansion of the information system architecture and the full use of convenient office application systems.
