摘要
目的:探索新型冠状病毒肺炎专科医院信息化建设的实践。方法:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎专科医院信息化的需求特点,在传统医院信息系统的基础上进行快速改造,充分体现远程医疗和数据可视化的特点,以电子病历为核心,形成以患者为中心的临床信息共享和不同医疗业务系统集成、互通的基础,实现以患者为中心的临床业务的一体化管理。结果:在短时间内快速建成具有新型冠状病毒肺炎专科医院特色的医院信息系统并投入使用。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎专科医院信息化建设的实践探索对于重大疫情中应急医疗机构信息化建设积累了经验。
Objective:To explore the practice of information construction of specialized hospitals of COVID-19.Methods:The demand characteristics of informatization of specialized hospitals of COVID-19 are analyzed.On the basis of the traditional hospital information system the rapid transformation is made to fully show the characteristics of telemedicine and data visualization.With electronic medical records as the core,the patient-centered clinical information sharing and the basis for integration and communication of different medical business systems are formed,and the integrated management of patient-centered clinical business is realized.Results:The hospital information system with the characteristics of specialized hospitals of COVID-19 was built and put into use in a short period of time.Conclusion:The practice and exploration of the informatization construction of specialized hospitals of COVID-19 has accumulated experience for the informatization construction of emergency medical institutions in major epidemics.
