摘要
采用强化混凝-吸附耦合方法处理气田高浓度含汞采出水,研究结果表明经过强化混凝预处理,在最佳pH为11、强化混凝剂加量为100 mg/L,能将水中的汞从9.5 mg/L去除至1.8 mg/L,汞的去除率为80%;采用生物质活性炭吸附,在吸附剂加量为5 g/L、吸附时间为6 h,能将水中的汞从9.5 mg/L降低至0.1 mg/L,汞的去除率为98.8%。采用强化混凝-吸附耦合处理,能使残余汞浓度低于0.05 mg/L,可达到国家二级排放标准的要求。
The enhanced coagulation-adsorption coupled process was used in the treatment of produced water in the gas field with high-concentration mercury.The results showed that the enhanced coagulation pretreatment could remove mercury in water from 9.5 mg/L to 1.8 mg/L,the removal rate was 80%at the optimum p H of 11 and enhanced coagulant dosage of 100 mg/L.With the amount of biomass activated carbon was 5 g/L and the adsorption time was 6 h,the adsorption process could reduce the mercury in water from 9.5 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L,which could remove 98.8%of mercury ions.The enhanced coagulation-adsorption coupled treatment could make the residual mercury concentration lower than 0.05 mg/L,which met the requirements of the national secondary emission standard.
