摘要
针对DCS系统中累计求和结果产生误差的问题,分析了误差的产生原因和过程,提出运用双精度浮点数求和、分段求和、W.Kahan求和三种算法来解决误差大的方法。经现场应用结果表明,三种算法累计结果精度可根据生产管理要求选用,对DCS系统实现累计求和组态具有借鉴意义。
To the problem of error caused by cumulative arithmetic summation result in DCS system,this paper analyses the cause and process of error,and puts forward three methods to solve the problem of large deviations by using double precision float summation,piecewise summation,W.Kahan summation.The results of field application show that the accumulative accuracy of the three algorithms can meet the requirements of production management,which can be used for reference in realizing the accumulative summation and configuration of DCS system.
