摘要 随着计算机技术的迅速发展,上世纪80年代到90年代初投产的火电机组都面临计算机控制系统升级换代问题。河北衡水电厂引进的美国西屋公司的WDPF分散式计算机控制系统在运行7年后采用在保留原I/O卡件的基础上,对过程控制单元DPU、人机接口的操作员站、工程师站和历史站进行升级的方式对控制系统进行了升级改造。文中介绍旧WDPF系统升级到新OVATION系统的2种方案的比较和新的OVATION系统的特点,并介绍技改工程在衡水电厂的实施和实施中的技术难点及解决方案。经1年多的安全运行表明,此次升级改造是成功的,值得推广应用。 <abstract> the computer technology develops,the computerized control systems put into operation in 1990s are faced with upgrading problems. The WDPF distributed type computerized control systems, imported form US Westinghouse Co., in Hebei Hengshui Power Plant were upgraded after this system had operated for 7 years .The retrofitting-upgrading items were as follows: on the basis of preserving the original I/O card deck, the process control unit DPU, operator station of man-machine interface, engineer station and history station were retrofitted and upgraded. The paper introduces the comparison of two upgrading schemes from old WDPF system to new OVATION system and the features of OVATION; the implementation of the retrofitting-upgrading project in Hengshui Power Plant, technical difficult points during implementation and solving schemes. The one year-odd safe operation proves that this time rerrofitting-upgrading of the control system is successful, worthing spreading and applying.
