摘要
目的比较分析国际、国内医学社会学研究状况及趋势,为相关研究提供支持。方法运用主题词聚类法,对PubMed和SinoMed数据库收录的1945年1月~2020年3月发表的医学社会学研究文献进行计量。结果在近10年的国际医学社会学研究中,健康状况差异等9个主题热度最高,卫生服务易得程度等18个主题相对全时间段(1945年1月~2020年3月)的排名明显提前。结论建议我国医学社会学研究应进一步明确概念和范围,将研究视野扩展到大卫生健康领域,充分运用社会学视角及多学科方法工具,更好地为我国卫生健康政策的制订提供学术参考。
Objective To compare and analyze the research status and trend of international and domestic medical sociology to provide support for relevant research.Methods The research literature of medical sociology published from January 1945 to March 2020 in PubMed and SinoMed database were measured by using the subject headings clustering method.Results In the recent 10 years of international medical sociology research,9 topics,such as health status disparities,were the most popular,and 18 topics,such as the accessibility of health services,rank significantly ahead of the whole time(form January 1945 to March 2020).Conclusion It is suggested that the concept and scope of medical sociology research in China should be further clarified,the research field of vision should be extended to the whole field of hygiene and health,and the sociological perspective and multidisciplinary method tools should be fully used to provide academic reference for the formulation of health policy in China.
