介绍了自动化落料线的基本组成和原理,并对摆剪模结构做了详细介绍。带摆剪模具的自动化落料生产线,不仅可以实现落料线中落料压膜,更可以将不同的板材按设定的角度切成菱形、平行四边形、梯形等。
The basic composition and principle of automatic blanking line have been introduced,and the structure of oscillating shear die has been described in the text.The automatic blanking production line with oscillating shear die can not only realize the blanking and pressing film in the blanking line,but also cut different plates into diamond,parallelogram and trapezoid profile according to the set angle.
