摘要
首钢落料生产线在生产中产品经常出现硌伤、划伤、油污、辊印和毛刺等影响汽车企业冲压工序的质量缺陷。本文针对产品常见的质量缺陷进行了分析，查找各种质量缺陷的成因，提出了相应控制措施，消除了各种质量缺陷，提高了产品成材率和市场竞争力。
Product defects such as indentation, scratch, oily soil, roll marks, burr, etc. often occurred in Shougang blanking production line, which affected the quality of stamping process in automobile factories. After the common quality defects of the product were analyzed, and the causes of various quality defects were studied, the corresponding control measures were put forward. As a result, various quality defects were eliminated, and the product yield and market competitiveness were improved.
