摘要
通过对《黄帝内经》涉及眩晕病的相关条文进行解析、归纳,可以认为眩晕病的病因病机主要为4个方面,分别是外邪侵袭、脏腑内伤、五运六气、气机失常。而与该病相关的脏腑主要为肝、肾、脑,同时足太阳、足少阳、足厥阴等经脉亦与眩晕病密切相关。《黄帝内经》认为,眩晕病是由于本虚而风邪侵袭所致,后世医家在此基础上不断发展完善。
Through the analysis and induction of the related articles on Vertigo in“Huangdi Neijing”,it can be concluded that the etiology and pathogenesis of Vertigo are mainly four aspects,namely:Invasion of external evil,internal injury to viscera,five movements and six Qi,disorder of Qi.The Viscera related to vertigo are mainly liver,kidney and brain,and the Meridians of foot-sun,Foot-shaoyang and Foot-jueyin are also closely related to Vertigo.According to the“Huangdi Neijing”,Vertigo was caused by deficiency of essence and invasion of wind and evil,on the basis of which later generations of doctors developed continuously.
