摘要
目的分析舌苔舌质特征对寒湿体质患者病情变化的诊断价值及相关性,为中医诊断与防治提供一些参考依据。方法选取本院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的253例寒湿体质患者为研究对象,分析其临床资料与舌苔舌质资料,对舌色、舌苔、舌质特征进行分析与总结,归纳寒湿体质患者舌苔舌质临床特征。结果在253例寒湿体质患者中,33.92%的患者表现为舌淡红,其次为舌红;以苔白、苔厚、苔剥居多;患者多呈现舌胖、有明显齿痕、点刺,无裂纹。部分患者表现出舌暗红、舌紫暗、舌淡、苔黄、有苔腻、苔薄、无苔剥、无点刺、有裂纹等。结论寒湿体质患者大部分表现为舌淡红、舌红、苔薄、苔厚、有苔剥、舌胖、有齿痕、点刺、无裂纹等临床特征,分析患者的舌苔舌质特征能够为寒湿体质的中医诊断提供一定的参考。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and correlation of the characteristics of tongue coating and tongue quality in patients with cold and damp constitution,and to provide some reference for TCM diagnosis and prevention.Methods The clinical data and tongue coating and tongue quality of 253 patients with cold and damp constitution admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the analysis object of this study,and the characteristics of tongue color,tongue coating and tongue quality were analyzed and summarized,and the clinical characteristics of tongue coating and tongue quality in patients with cold and damp constitution were summarized.Results Among the 253 cases of patients with cold and damp constitution,33.92%of patients showed light red tongue,followed by red tongue;Most of them were white,thick and peeled tongue.Patients with tongue fat,there are obvious tooth marks,thorns,no cracks.Some patients showed dark red tongue,dark purple tongue,light tongue,yellow fur,greasy fur,thin fur,no fur peeling,no thorns,cracks and so on.Conclusion Most of the patients with cold and damp constitution show the clinical characteristics of light red tongue,red tongue,thin,thick,peeled tongue,fat tongue,tooth marks,punctate tongue,no cracks,etc.The analysis of the characteristics of the patient's tongue coating and tongue quality can provide a certain reference for the diagnosis of cold and damp constitution in Chinese medicine.
