摘要
随着社会日益科学化、智能化、人性化,职业教育价值成为研究热点。结合职业教育特点与内在发展逻辑,职业教育价值呈现生命逻辑、实践逻辑以及技术逻辑三重逻辑,分别回应职业教育中"技能"与"素养"、"技艺"与"品质"、"技术"与"自然"之辨,与古代哲学"器"与"道"议题相吻合。在价值论视域下,当前职业教育在三重逻辑中呈现"重器轻道"偏向,表现为:注重显性技能提升,忽视生命发展关怀;沉浸生产操作实践,忽视实践智慧生成;追求技术发展机遇,忽视人文意识浸润,影响职业教育价值实现。新时代职业教育应耦合"器"与"道"的三重逻辑,从"惟技偏修"走向"融合发展",从"技艺学徒"迈向"工匠之师",从"技术至上"转向"技术中立",助推职业教育走向理性化,促进职业教育内外价值的生动实现。
As the society becomes more scientific,intelligent and humanized,the value of vocational education has become a research hotspot.Combined with the characteristics of vocational education and its internal development logic,the value of vocational education presents a triple logic of life logic,practical logic and technical logic,respectively responding to the differences between knowledge and morality at the individual level,production and quality at the industrial level,technological development and humanistic spirit at the social level,which is consistent with the issues of“Device”and“Tao”in ancient Chinese philosophy.From the perspective of axiology,the current vocational education shows a tendency of“emphasizing the device while ignoring the Tao”in the triple logic,which is manifested in the following aspects:paying attention to the promotion of explicit skills but ignoring the care of life development,immersing in technological production practice but ignoring the generation of practical wisdom,and pursuing technological development opportunities while ignoring the infiltration of humanistic consciousness and hence affecting the realization of the value of vocational education.In the new era,vocational education should be coupled with the triple logic of“device”and“Tao”,moving from“only partial repair of skills”to“integrated development”,from“apprentice of skills”to“craftsman in a large country”,from“technical supremacy”to“technology neutrality”,so as to promote the rationalization of vocational education and the realization of individual value and social value of vocational education.
